Unclaimed Estates.
Rightful Heirs.
Millions in unclaimed wills and dormant estates await their rightful beneficiaries.
Why have I been contacted?
You may have been contacted because genealogical research suggests a
possible connection to an individual whose estate is under investigation.
Does receiving a letter mean I will inherit?
No. Further verification and legal procedures are required.
Do I need to pay anything?
No upfront payment is required. Fees apply only in the event of a
successful claim.
How long does the process take?
The duration depends on the complexity of the case and legal procedures
involved.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection
regulations.
What happens if I do not respond?
You are under no obligation to respond. However, failing to do so may
mean that an unclaimed estate which we have identified that you are connected to cannot be pursued.
What is the cost to me?
All costs incurred pursuing your application are deducted from our remuneration fee. The standard rate for our
service is 30% of the final amount received. The recovered benefit will first be paid into an account of your choice, from which
we will expect payment.
What is the value of
the inheritance?
We can give you an
estimate but we will only know for sure the potential value involved when the application is
underway.
Will I have to pay any
debt, or will there be any other obligations?
We can only provide
you with estimated figures, but there will not be any further cost to you. If
any outstanding debt still remains on a property this is already deducted from
the estimated figure, by signing the agreement you will not become liable for any debt.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER ...
If you have received communication from Lustgarten Legacy Management, it
may be because genealogical research suggests a possible connection between you
and an estate.
Receiving such communication does not automatically confirm that you are
entitled to an inheritance.
Further genealogical verification and legal
procedures may be required.
In many cases, the people we contact directly are unaware of distant relatives or their potential
connections to an estate.
